Defense:
The site includes a dozen concrete bunkers connected by trenches. It is surrounded by two belts of barbed wire and a minefield. The role as a Regimental Command Post explains the absence of artillery bunkers. It seems that the defence of the site has been provided by a field gun in emplaced in concrete and not particularly by machine-gun nests.
Architecture:
The site has three blockhouses "standard" two-type Regelbau 608 shelters for PC, however different the corridor to the dome and Regelbau 605 shelter for guns. Other bunkers have various functions including an observation post and a well that appears to have been made specifically, and three Tobruk type H58c emplacements.
